What we like most about Virtual IT are the quick response times to tickets and the responsibility they have for our business. It is important that our IT provider has our server up and running and is looking after our data. We had an accident last week where a staff member lost some data and Virtual IT restored it for us. They are reliable, contactable all the time and reasonably priced.

The team are local and professional. The fact that we are actual getting the service we are paying for gives us peace of mind. Issues are fixed within 3 hours at least which is huge as we run 24/7 so our business can’t afford to be offline. Things are happening and being monitored in the background and Virtual IT let us know what issues we have before we are aware of them. Being a Telstra approved Partner allows them to deal with NBN and the other Telstra products/services we have. We recently got new PCs for the office and they got us a good price and dealt with FinRent direct for us. They are doing what IT is supposed to.
