VITG was awarded top honours at the Kaseya+Datto Connect Local event in Sydney on February 23rd, taking home the 2022 MSP of the Year award.
The award recognises VITG as a partner who best demonstrated excellence in customer satisfaction and retention, use of automation, company profit and growth, employee retention and commitment to professional development.
The VITG team was also awarded the 2022 MSP Automation Award for their use of the Pia AI platform within VITG to supercharge the Service Desk and significantly enhance clients’ Services experiences.
CEO Daniel Garcia recognised that success in automation helped boost VITG’s chances and ability to take out top place as best all-rounder.
“It’s a testament to the people that we have in our organisation, the vision and the investment that we made in automation and obviously picking up the Automation Award was a clear factor in winning MSP of the Year as well,” he said.
This is the second time in a row that VITG has taken home the award, having also won in 2019, the last time the event was held.
This caps off a highly successful year for the VITG team, having also taken home the ‘Excellence in Innovation’ award at the 2022 Illawarra Business awards, being ranked as the 8th fastest growing IT company in Australia in CRN’s Fast50 2022 and ranking 3rd in Australia on the prestigious Channel Futures 2022 MSP 501 list.
“These Awards recognise the amazing work that is done by the entire VITG team, without them none of this would have been possible and I thank them all for their continued dedication and commitment.”
